Our Event Management expertise is in providing tactical oversight at conferences (virtual and in-person) as well as conventions. We have a wealth of expertise, whether its sporting events or sales conferences at some of the largest hotels from Beverly Hills to Washington, DC. On the sports field, we managed what ESPN labeled "the biggest game in the history of high school football" when No. 1 Miami Northwestern and No. 2 Southlake Carroll played before a regular season state-record crowd of more than 31,000 SRO fans at Ford Stadium in Dallas.

Legacy Event Partners has the versatility in its Engagement Marketing division to customize, produce and manage regional or national initiatives. Our expertise at more than 150 events annually has extended from cultural events to high school athletics as well as to college and pro sports; a 1,600 SF footprint for a recent College/Pro Football/Tailgate Tour is among the largest mobile platforms in the industry.   

As the sales and marketing arm of the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association as well as its annual conference planner, we touch nearly 200 companies and a membership approaching 2,000 - the largest in the world for high school athletics administrators. We maximize the THSADA's assets for 50+ sponsors throughout the year, having grown its sponsorship revenue more than 300 percent since arriving in 2018. Our conference and workshop planning oversight includes site negotiation and selection as well as all facets of on-site management.
